uncles, help me with my computer!
i hope uncle hae-eun and seung-un read this message
very quicky.
my computer is crazy.
and i cannot start it up.
when i try to start it,
it seems like it's gonna start,
but then
i get a blue screen
and it says that there is an
unknown hard error namely:
c000021a
and that proces recurs.
i simply cannot get the computer started.
i have to write an essay until tomorrow,
so it's very uncomfortable.
could somebody please help me?

좋은 답변을 줄 수가 없어 무척 안타깝다.

나도 답변한 사람과 비슷한 생각인데,
일단은 포맷을 해야 할 것 같고,
포맷에서 이상이 없으면 윈도우를 다시 설치해서 사용해야 할 것 같다.
그런데 포맷할 때 하드디스크에 이상이 발견되면 하드디스크를 교체해야 할 것 같다.
좋은 소식이 아니라 미안하고,
